By ticking terms and conditions for delivery a contract to deliver your goods takes effect between you and Royal Mail. HealphiYou will not be responsible for any delays to your order
All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to arrange to collect your delivery.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
International delivery covers the Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
Orders placed in foreign land are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force Worldwide.
Our prices exclude taxes and tariffs. It is a possibility that customers outside of the United Kingdom will be charged with customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which will be collected your order reaches your country. We aren’t held responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no authority over these charges and are unable to predict what they may be).
Customs policies can differ from country to country; it is advised that you contact your local customs office or tax authority as soon as possible for information specific to your situation. Please note that you are deemed as the importer of record and you must follow the laws and regulations of the country which are sending you the goods.
Additional Delivery Information
- Mondays to Fridays are classed as working days. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
- All delivery timescales are subject to availability.
- Orders are sometimes despatched in more than one parcel and can arrive at various times.
- Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas can sometimes take longer than the average delivery timescale across Britain.
- Please ensure you have the correct ID when collecting from a Royal Mail Delivery Office
- We are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO Box addresses at the current time

How to return a Product
HealphiYou are well-pleased of the quality of our products, although, if you are to discover that your product is delivered to you in a poor condition, do not hesitate return the unopened products to the returns address below.
If a parcel is lost/damaged
Should it occur that you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact us by email at email@example.com.
As all goods are shipped by recorded or tracked delivery, we are not help accountable for any missing parcels.
Additional Returns Information
We withhold the right to request a return of the faulty products with the consignment number on the outside of your parcel, by recorded delivery to the below address, and the products will be inspected. If the fault of the products are agreed, a full refund will be issued for the returned products.
When it comes to postage and packaging for returning products, we are not responsible for those costs. A recorded delivery service for returns is highly recommended as we cannot be held accountable for products which don’t make it back to our address.
